高压喷淋清洗机可连续长时间工作、内置式发热系统、可调式温度控制系统、及操作简便、可按客户要求设计及制造 。

（1）可大批量连续自动作业。

（3）可采用镀锌及不锈钢外壳，内部配PU喷淋管道，封闭经过式通道。整机为全封闭结构，采用不锈钢或（方通）骨架焊接而成，清洗机上罩部分采用单层结构，采用1.2mm 厚的不锈钢钢板制作，外贴有保温层，降低能耗。

高压喷淋清洗机的液箱采用单层结构，采用SUS304不锈钢1.2mm 厚的不锈钢板制作，内部用隔板分成几个区域，分别实现对清洗液的过滤、铁屑的沉淀、滤油、分油，液箱设有补水口、排液口、溢水口。底部为两边向中间倾斜，清洗液从液箱底部的排液口集中排出。
