1，供水主要是从供水压力、流量等情况分析。足够的供水压力和流量可以避免高压清洗泵液力端内出现负压抽空、气泡爆裂、气蚀阀口的状态，从而使高压泵的阀片和阀座的寿命得到保证。压力主要是观测压力表，观察设备的压力表是否是设备设定的额定压力。观测流量是否足够时要在高压清洗泵工作转速下检测，因为有时候供水流量略有不足，清洗泵的转速比较低情况下会出现假性流量充足，高压清洗机在这种状态下工作会对高压泵造成非常严重的伤害。一般来说引起供水流量不足的原因有两种，一种是供水中杂质比较多，没有按照规定经常清洗进水滤网，供水杂质仅会堵塞过滤器、硌伤阀口，阀片使高压清洗泵的阀座寿命大大降低。同时还会出现假性供水不足、泵组抖动的现象。另一种原因是地区性供水压力不足不稳定影响供水。

1. Water supply is mainly analyzed from water supply pressure, flow, etc. Sufficient water supply pressure and flow can avoid the state of negative pressure evacuation, bubble burst and cavitation valve port in the hydraulic end of the high-pressure cleaning pump, so as to ensure the service life of the valve plate and valve seat of the high-pressure pump. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for insufficient water supply flow. One is that there are many impurities in the water supply, and the inlet filter screen is not cleaned regularly according to the regulations. The impurities in the water supply will only block the filter and hurt the valve port, and the valve plate will greatly reduce the service life of the valve seat of the high-pressure cleaning pump. At the same time, there will be false insufficient water supply and pump unit shaking. Another reason is that the regional water supply pressure is insufficient and unstable, affecting the water supply.

2，动力端主要是检查高压清洗泵的转速、主轴承、曲轴轴承、油冷器的温度、高压泵润滑油的油量、质量（是否按要求更换），密封垫，设备的振幅等。

3，液力端主要检查进排液阀、调压阀、阀芯阀座等。进排液阀如果关闭不严或者调压密封出现故障会造成供水内漏，流量减小，压力下降。阀芯阀座如果损坏关闭不严也会造成溢流口泄水，压力下降。

The hydraulic end mainly checks the inlet and outlet valve, pressure regulating valve, valve core, valve seat, etc. If the inlet and outlet valve is not tightly closed or the pressure regulating seal fails, it will cause internal leakage of water supply, decrease flow and pressure. 柱塞和密封出现问题也会影响高压清洗机设备的使用，如果柱塞表面不平整或者柱塞表面长时间发热会造成密封温度过高使柱塞和密封间隙过大出现漏水现象。
