1,供水主要是从供水压力、流量等情况分析。足够的供水压力和流量可以避免高压清洗泵液力端内出现负压抽空、气泡爆裂、气蚀阀口的状态,从而使高压泵的阀片和阀座的寿命得到保证。压力主要是观测压力表,观察设备的压力表是否是设备设定的额定压力。观测流量是否足够时要在高压清洗泵工作转速下检测,因为有时候供水流量略有不足,清洗泵的转速比较低情况下会出现假性流量充足,高压清洗机在这种状态下工作会对高压泵造成非常严重的伤害。一般来说引起供水流量不足的原因有两种,一种是供水中杂质比较多,没有按照规定经常清洗进水滤网,供水杂质仅会堵塞过滤器、硌伤阀口,阀片使高压清洗泵的阀座寿命大大降低。同时还会出现假性供水不足、泵组抖动的现象。另一种原因是地区性供水压力不足不稳定影响供水。
1. 2,动力端主要是检查高压清洗泵的转速、主轴承、曲轴轴承、油冷器的温度、高压泵润滑油的油量、质量(是否按要求更换),密封垫,设备的振幅等。
