不同的超声波清洗器所清洗的时间也不相同，所以要把控好时间，尽量控制在10-20min以内，时间太短效果不好，时间太长容易使设备表面出现问题，影响光洁度。

由于每个设备的物理特性不同，应选择不同的清洗温度，如一般清洗油脂50°c 以上是合适的；铝合金，一般选择40°c左右是合适的，温度过高，会形成氧化斑点; 毛刺一般选择15°c 以下独特的恒温技术，保证清洗对象在恒温环境下工作不受损害（我们的恒温产品恒温为0-80°c，± 2°c）。

针对不同的设备需要调清洗器的频率，不能所有的设备都按照一个频率来，像一些机械设备表面较硬的，频率能够高一点，但是对于一些电子产品或是塑料等产品，清洗器的频率再那么高的话会使这些产品出现质量问题。
