98%的清洗效率是不同清洗方式中效率高的,磷酸溶液超声波清洗主要作用机理是化学反应加超声剥离,其清洗液配方中缓蚀剂对磷酸于钢丝反应的抑制作用不但确保了良好的清洗效果,而且不会产生氢脆和过酸洗等清洗质量问题。

磷酸是一种中强酸,挥发性极低,因而磷酸溶液超声波清洗过程中没有传统酸洗方式伴随的严重酸气污染问题。目前清洗液中磷酸的回收利用率可达到85%以上,配置压滤机后理论上仅清洗后的冲洗废水需要处理(废清洗液再生,压滤后固体废物排出存放、液体复用),排放废水经CaO中和后可达二级以上污水排放标准,因而采用磷酸溶液超声波清洗污染量很低。

Phosphoric acid is a medium strong acid with very low volatility. Therefore, there is no serious acid gas pollution problem associated with the traditional pickling method in the ultrasonic cleaning of phosphoric acid solution. At present, the recovery and utilization rate of phosphoric acid in the cleaning solution can reach more than 85%. In theory, only the cleaning wastewater after cleaning needs to be treated after configuring the filter press (waste cleaning solution regeneration, solid waste discharge and storage after pressure filtration, liquid reuse). The discharged wastewater can reach the national sewage discharge standard above class II after Cao neutralization. Therefore, the pollution of ultrasonic cleaning with phosphoric acid solution is very low.

超声波清洗液中工业磷酸浓度由10%-20%变化时清洗效果基本相同,因而其工艺范围宽,便于现场操作管理。
