在不同的超声波清洗机使用的时候需要注意什么。使用任何东西都会有很多忌讳的地方，就是平时咱们说的需要注意的地方。超声波清洗机也不例外。超声波清洗机在运转的时候有震荡的声音，加入清洗液是方便的。

在超声波清洗机工作的时候尽量不要增加温度，防止不能进行正常的运转。清洁剂需要控制安 全性，禁止有其他异常物体落入超声波清洗机里面去。同时就是不能长时间的工作，需要经常的对清洗机进行清洗和保养。

一、万一有异物落入槽底应立即取出；

1、 In case of foreign matter falling into the bottom of the tank, it shall be taken out immediately;

二、换液或排液时，应在槽中清洗液为常温的情况下进行，且一定要关机并抽掉电源线；

2、 When changing or discharging liquid, it should be carried out when the cleaning liquid in the tank is at room temperature, and be sure to shut down and pull out the power cord;

三、经常清洗和清洗槽中的污垢；

3、 Clean and remove the dirt in the cleaning tank frequently;

四、每次开机工作时间不宜过长，建议开机8小时左右应停机几分钟散热，以便更好地保养机器；

4、 The working time of each startup should not be too long. It is recommended to shut down for a few minutes after startup for about 8 hours, so as to better maintain the machine;

五、超声波清洗机正常运行时候，应听得到超声波与槽体谐振的均匀声音，清洗液表面无激荡，只有空穴爆破引起的水花，如果有间断性振荡，请加入些许清洗液或减少些许清洗液，振荡有利于清洗物件；

5、 During the normal operation of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, you should hear the uniform sound of the resonance between the ultrasonic wave and the tank body. There is no agitation on the surface of the cleaning fluid, only the water spray caused by hole blasting. If there is intermittent oscillation, please add some cleaning fluid or reduce some cleaning fluid to eliminate the oscillation, which is conducive to cleaning objects;

六、在保证清洗物件洁净的前提下，尽可能不加温和间断性工作，因为加温和长时间超声使箱内积聚的温度升高，易加速箱内电子器件的老化；

6、 On the premise of ensuring the cleanness of the cleaned objects, do not heat up and work intermittently as much as possible, because heating and long-time ultrasound increase the temperature accumulated in the box, which is easy to accelerate the aging of electronic devices in the box;

七、不能使用易燃的清洁剂；

7、 Do not use flammable cleaners;

八、当清洗槽无清洗液时，不能开启加热器或超声波；

8、 When there is no cleaning solution in the cleaning tank, the heater or ultrasonic cannot be turned on;

九、防止清洗液和水溅入机箱内和震子上。

9、 Prevent cleaning fluid and water from splashing into the chassis and on the vibrator.
