清洗过程中,清洗槽内的液体中残留气体较多,气体含量通常是水的8~10倍,增强了超声波传播的衰减。含有气体的空化气泡会降低空化强度,影响超声波的空化效应和清洗效果。使用真空清洗时,清洗罐盖会自动关闭,真空脱气系统启动,罐内空气排出,盲孔、缝隙内的气体和清洗剂在真空下被抽出,超声波启动,摆动装置启动,带动篮筐旋转。经过设定的清洗时间后,真空解除,缸盖自动打开,清洗篮进入下一个罐清洗碳氢系统。
