工作过程是操作者将工件直接放置到设备的传动网链上;开启设备,工作方式选择自动运行,直到下料,此即完成一个工作循环进入下一工作循环,连续进行。
The working process involves the operator placing the workpiece directly onto the transmission network chain of the equipment; Turn on the device and select automatic operation as the working mode until the material is cut off. This completes one working cycle and enters the next working cycle for continuous operation.
本机采用自动输送清洗,运行平稳,节拍随后工序可调,清洗效果好,生产效率高。具有结构合理,性能稳定使用寿命长等特点,是理想的冲压件等工件的清洗干燥设备。
This machine adopts automatic conveying and cleaning, with stable operation and adjustable rhythm for subsequent processes. The cleaning effect is good and the production efficiency is high. 设备主要由自动输送链喷洗室喷淋系统除油装置过滤循环系统切水系统烘干系统及电器控制系统等组成。
The equipment mainly consists of an automatic conveyor chain, a spray room spray system, an oil removal device, a filtration and circulation system, a water cutting system, a drying system, and an electrical control system.
自动输送链:传送不锈钢材质链条传动,连续通过式前进,确保清洗篮框平稳精确运行。
Automatic conveyor chain: Transmission of stainless steel material chain transmission, continuous forward movement, ensuring smooth and accurate operation of the cleaning basket frame.
喷淋清洗机
喷淋系统:喷淋清洗共两套,一道采用药剂喷淋清洗,二道采用喷淋漂洗,三道采用喷淋漂洗四道采用喷淋漂洗,五道采用喷淋防锈内腔设喷管,喷管上设不锈钢喷嘴,上下喷淋管喷嘴间错布置,使清洗工件全方面在清洗区域确保工件清洗时无喷淋盲区,保证工件清洗的洁净度。
Spray system: There are two sets of spray cleaning, one using chemical spray cleaning, the second using spray rinsing, the third using spray rinsing, the fourth using spray rinsing, and the fifth using spray rust prevention with spray pipes installed in the inner cavity. Stainless steel nozzles are installed on the spray pipes, and the nozzles of the upper and lower spray pipes are arranged in a staggered manner to ensure that there are no spray blind spots when cleaning the workpiece in the cleaning area, ensuring the cleanliness of the workpiece cleaning.
除油装置:由于前清洗工位的处理量较大,所以清洗液中的含油量较多,为了防止排水中含油量过大,此工位设有除油系统。
Oil removal device: Due to the large processing capacity of the front cleaning station, the oil content in the cleaning solution is high. To prevent excessive oil content in the drainage, this station is equipped with an oil removal system.
过滤循环系统:循环过滤槽内清洗剂,提高清洗效果。采用袋式过滤器。
Filter circulation system: Circulates the cleaning agent in the filter tank to improve the cleaning effect. Using bag filters.
切水系统:切水腔内单独排放到总排水管中,在进料和出料外设有隔离段,防止水雾互窜;前后部设可拆式检修窗,以便于设备检修和清理。
Water cutting system: The water cutting chamber is separately discharged into the main drainage pipe, and there are isolation sections outside the feed and discharge to prevent water mist from flowing together; Install detachable maintenance windows at the front and rear for easy equipment maintenance and cleaning.
抽气系统:各个喷淋与风切段都在侧面开有抽气孔连接主管,主管前端配置有除雾塔内装拉西环,配备离心风机进行抽气
Air extraction system: each spraying and air cutting section is provided with an air extraction hole at the side to connect the main pipe, and the front end of the main pipe is equipped with a demister equipped with a Rasi ring and a centrifugal fan for air extraction
电器控制系统:独立控制柜,内装PLC可编程控制器变频器接触器等主令电器控制元件,选用进口名牌元器件组装,性能稳定可靠,使用寿命长,控制线路见电气控制图。
Electrical control system: Independent control cabinet, equipped with PLC programmable controller, frequency converter, contactor and other main electrical control components, assembled with imported famous brand components, with stable and reliable performance and long service life. The control circuit is shown in the electrical control diagram.
