喷淋清洗机使用前准备工作是什么?

喷淋清洗机可能有一个或多个清洗槽。单腔清洗机可能只有一个清洗模式,或者可以在一个清洗槽内进行清洗、漂洗和干燥。多清洗槽设备可能有两个或三个独立的槽,每个槽进行不同的功能。须按照厂商使用说明来正确地准备设备。在使用超声设备之前,须采取以下步骤::

The spray washer may have one or more tanks. Single chamber cleaners may have only one cleaning mode, or they can be cleaned, rinsed and dried in one tank. Multi tank equipment may have two or three separate tanks, each with a different function. The equipment must be properly prepared in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Before using ultrasonic equipment, the following steps must be taken:

(1)每次使用前检查清洗机和电源线是否损坏。如果注意到有损坏,请停止使用,维修之后方能再次使用。

(1) Check whether the cleaning machine and power cord are damaged before each use. If any damage is noticed, please stop using it and use it again after maintenance.

(2)检查清洗剂的量,确保整个轮班期间有足够的清洗剂。用于超声清洗机的清洗剂应得到批准,且应低泡、易漂洗、、无非磨损,建议是可生物降解的。

(2) Check the amount of cleaning agent to ensure that there is sufficient detergent throughout the shift. The cleaning agent used in ultrasonic cleaning machine shall be approved, and shall be low foaming, easy to rinse, non-toxic and non abrasion, and it is recommended to be biodegradable.

(3)清洗槽应少每天清洗、、冲洗和烘干。根据器械的污染程度和/或清洗溶液是否污染,应更频繁地进行清洗槽维护。严重污染的溶液可能会控制超声清洗过程的有效性,这将要求更频繁地更换溶液(包括每次使用后)。

(3) The tank should be cleaned, disinfected, washed and dried at least daily. Depending on the degree of contamination of the device and / or whether the cleaning solution is contaminated, the tank maintenance should be performed more frequently. Heavily contaminated solutions may control the effectiveness of the ultrasonic cleaning process, which will require more frequent solution replacement (including after each use).

(4)在清洗槽中放满水添加经批准的清洗剂。如果须人工添加清洗剂,请确保适量(混合过多或过少都会影响清洗过程)。

(4) Fill the tank with water and add an approved cleaning agent. If it is necessary to add the cleaning agent manually, make sure that it is appropriate (too much or too little mixing will affect the cleaning process).

(5) 超声槽排气。将一个经批准的空金属网篮放入舱内,按照厂商使用说明运行周期。排气作用会将去除溶液中影响清洗过程的空气和气体。每次更换溶液后都应进行排气过程。注意:新型号的超声清洗机可以自动给溶液排气。在排气后,设备即可直接使用。

(5) Exhaust air from ultrasonic tank. Put an approved empty metal basket into the cabin and operate according to the manufacturer's instructions. The exhaust action will remove the air and gas from the solution that affects the cleaning process. Exhaust process should be carried out after each solution change. Note: the new type of ultrasonic cleaning machine can automatically exhaust the solution. After exhausting, the equipment can be used directly.

(6)每次周期后应检查清洁溶液。如果发现污染物,则应在后续使用前将清洗槽完全排干,清洁,重新装水和排气。

(6) The cleaning solution should be checked after each cycle. If contaminants are found, the tank should be completely drained, cleaned, refilled with water and vented before subsequent use.
