Working principle

溶解油污:碳氢清洗剂与大多数的润滑油、防锈油、机加工油同为非极性的石油馏分,根据相似相溶的原理,碳氢清洗剂能够很好地溶解矿物油等油脂类物质。同时,碳氢清洗剂可以降低油污与工件表面的界面张力,使油污更容易从工件表面剥离并溶解到清洗剂中。

Dissolve oil stains: Carbon hydrogen cleaning agents, along with most lubricating oils, rust proof oils, and machining oils, are non-polar petroleum fractions. Based on the principle of similar solubility, carbon hydrogen cleaning agents can effectively dissolve mineral oil and other oily substances. Meanwhile, hydrocarbon cleaning agents can reduce the interfacial tension between oil stains and workpiece surfaces, making it easier for oil stains to peel off from the workpiece surface and dissolve into the cleaning agent.

Ultrasonic assisted: When ultrasonic waves propagate in hydrocarbon solvents, cavitation effect occurs, forming countless tiny bubbles. These bubbles rapidly expand in the negative pressure zone and then rapidly contract in the positive pressure zone until they collapse. The collapse of bubbles instantly releases powerful energy, forming a local high-temperature and high-pressure environment, which can loosen and peel off the dirt on the surface of objects, making them more easily dissolved and carried away by solvents, achieving deep cleaning. The vibration and impact of ultrasound can also enhance the contact and penetration between hydrocarbon cleaning agents and the surface of the workpiece, allowing the cleaning agent to better reach hard to reach areas such as gaps and holes in the workpiece.

真空技术辅助:在真空状态下,碳氢清洗剂中的气体会被脱出,从而避免了超声波的衰减,同时排除工件表面和孔隙中的空气,可使清洗剂完全浸入工件的每个部位,使工件的各部位都达到更好的清洗效果。利用液体在真空状态下沸点降低的原理,通过对密封的清洗槽抽真空,使碳氢溶剂的沸点大大降低,只需将碳氢清洗剂加热到 80℃左右,就可使其沸腾,实现蒸气清洗,让溶解在清洗溶液中的油污不会残留在工件表面。此外,真空清洗干燥机利用真空突沸效应,使工件表面的清洗液突然沸腾而迅速挥发干净,可以将工件的干燥时间降低到数分钟以内。真空蒸馏再生装置可在高真空下使碳氢清洗剂的沸点降低到 80℃,使清洗槽中溶解了油污的清洗溶液不断地抽入蒸馏装置,在真空中加热蒸发,再经过冷凝成为清洁溶剂回到清洗槽中,实现碳氢清洗剂的再生重复使用。

Vacuum technology assistance: In a vacuum state, the gas in the hydrocarbon cleaning agent will be released, thereby avoiding the attenuation of ultrasonic waves. At the same time, the air on the surface and pores of the workpiece can be eliminated, allowing the cleaning agent to completely penetrate every part of the workpiece, achieving better cleaning results in all parts of the workpiece. By utilizing the principle of reducing the boiling point of liquids in a vacuum state, the boiling point of hydrocarbon solvents is greatly reduced by vacuuming a sealed cleaning tank. Simply heating the hydrocarbon cleaning agent to around 80 ℃ can make it boil, achieving steam cleaning and preventing oil stains dissolved in the cleaning solution from remaining on the surface of the workpiece. In addition, the vacuum cleaning dryer utilizes the vacuum boiling effect to make the cleaning solution on the surface of the workpiece suddenly boil and quickly evaporate, which can reduce the drying time of the workpiece to within a few minutes. The vacuum distillation regeneration device can lower the boiling point of hydrocarbon cleaning agents to 80 ℃ under high vacuum, continuously pumping the cleaning solution dissolved in oil stains into the distillation device, heating and evaporating it in vacuum, and then condensing it into a cleaning solvent and returning it to the cleaning tank, achieving the regeneration and reuse of hydrocarbon cleaning agents.

安全性较高:碳氢溶剂闪点相对较高,在正常使用条件下,火灾风险低于一些低闪点的溶剂。同时,其化学性质相对稳定,对大多数金属材料无腐蚀性。此外,一些碳氢清洗机通过配备防爆电机、开关等装置,以及利用真空环境隔绝氧气等方式,进一步提高使用安全性。

High safety: Carbon hydrogen solvents have a relatively high flash point, and under normal usage conditions, the fire risk is lower than some low flash point solvents. Meanwhile, its chemical properties are relatively stable and non corrosive to most metal materials. In addition, some hydrocarbon cleaning machines are equipped with explosion-proof motors, switches, and other devices, as well as using vacuum environments to isolate oxygen, further improving their safety of use.
