超声波换能器的容易出现的问题汇总

超声波清洗机由超声波发生器和超声波换能器组成,超声波换能器是由压电陶瓷材料制造的夹芯式换能器,压电陶瓷材料在交变电场的作用下会产生机械振动。

1.超声波换能器受潮。一般用兆欧表检查和换能器相连接的插头,检查换能器正负极间的绝缘电阻值就可以判断。一般要求绝缘电阻大于30兆欧以上。如果达不到这个绝缘电阻值,很可能是换能器受潮。

  1. The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the plug connected to the transducer is checked with a megohmmeter, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be judged. Generally, the insulation resistance is more than 30 megohm. If the insulation resistance value is not reached, it is likely that the transducer is affected by moisture.

维修方法是把换能器整体(不包括喷塑外壳)放进烘箱设定100℃左右,烘干三小时或者使用电吹风去潮至阻值正常为止。换能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂。维修时可以用肉眼和兆欧表结合检查。一般作为应急处理的措施,可以把个别损坏的换能器断开,不会影响到别的换能器正常使用。

The maintenance method is to put the whole transducer (excluding the plastic spraying shell) into the oven, set it at about 100 ℃, dry it for three hours or use an electric hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance is normal. The transducer vibrator ignited and the ceramic material was broken. During maintenance, it can be checked with naked eye and megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency measure, individual damaged transducers can be disconnected, which will not affect the normal use of other transducers.

2.换能器脱胶。我们知道大多数厂家采用胶粘的方式固定换能器,但超声波清洗机的长期使用后由于振动会出现脱胶现象。也有厂家采用胶结加螺钉紧固的方式,一般情况下不会出现脱胶,由于螺钉的作用,振子脱胶后不会从振动面上落下,一般的判断方法是用手轻摇振子的尾部,仔细观察振动面的胶水情况做出判断。

We know that most manufacturers use adhesive way to fix the transducer, but after long-term use of ultrasonic cleaning machine, it will appear degumming phenomenon due to vibration. Some manufacturers also adopt the way of cementation and screw fastening, which generally will not occur degumming. The general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the vibrator by hand, carefully observe the glue situation of the vibration surface, and make a judgment.

3.一般振子出现脱胶以后超声波

电源输出的功率正常,但是由于振子与振动面连接不好,振动面的振动效果不好,长时间后由于能量无法释放出去,很可能会烧坏振子。振子脱胶对于用户来说维修起来是比较麻烦的,一般情况只能送回生产厂家进行维修处理。避免振子脱胶有用的方法是平时使用中注意不撞击振动面。

4.振动面穿孔。一般超声波换能器满负荷使用数年以后可能会出现振动面穿孔的情况,这是由于振动面的不锈钢板长时间高频振动疲劳所致,振动面穿孔说明换能器的使用寿命已经到了,超声波清洗机在维修上一般只能更换。
