超声波清洗设备的振子需要注意的细节有哪些?

超声波清洗设备顾名思义就是利用超声波进行工作的清洗设备,而超声波中振子对清洗效果是非常重要,所以小编就想给大家讲解下安装超声波清洗设备的振子需要注意的细节问题。

1.安装全系列超声波清洗设备的振子需要提前准备好这些工具:氩弧焊、十号内六角扳手、铬铁锡线、2.5平方高温线、2×2.5电缆线适量、振子胶、以及一些可能用到的剥线钳、套管、扎带、喷砂机、管件等。。
1. The vibrator for installing a full range of ultrasonic cleaning equipment needs to be prepared in advance: argon arc welding, No. 10 Allen wrench, chromium iron tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, 2 × 2.5 proper amount of cable, vibrator glue, and some possible wire strippers, sleeves, ties, sandblasting machines, pipe fittings, etc..
2.全系列超声波清洗设备的焊接螺钉需要根据振子的排布位置进行焊接,而且在焊接之前需要将其周围清理干净,以免影响振子的安装。
2. The welding screws of the whole series of ultrasonic cleaning equipment need to be welded according to the arrangement position of the vibrator, and the surroundings need to be cleaned before welding to avoid affecting the installation of the vibrator.
3.安装全系列超声波清洗设备的时候需要按照使用要求进行胶水的配置,而且在安装振头时需将其均匀涂抹在超声波振子底部,然后轻轻拧动将全系列超声波振子的换能器底部和缸底接触之间多余的空气和胶水挤压出来,让振子和不锈钢紧密结合为一个整体。
3. When installing the whole series of ultrasonic cleaning equipment, the glue shall be configured according to the use requirements, and when installing the vibrator, it shall be evenly applied to the bottom of the ultrasonic vibrator, and then gently screw it to squeeze out the excess air and glue between the bottom of the transducer and the bottom of the cylinder of the whole series of ultrasonic vibrator, so that the vibrator and stainless steel are closely combined as a whole.
4.将安装好的全系列超声波清洗设备的振子放在室温相对高点的地方固化,然后在24小时后进行通电试机。
