全自动超声波清洗机的组成结构

  超声波在液体中传播,使液体与清洗槽在超声波频率下一起振动,液体与清洗槽振动时有自己固有频率,这种振动频率是声波频率,所以人们就听到嗡嗡声。随着清洗行业的不断发展,越来越多的行业和企业运用到了超声波清洗机。超声波清洗机的核心架构超声波清洗机主要是由超声波发生器、清洗槽和箱体三大部分组合而成:

Ultrasonic waves propagate in liquids, causing the liquid and cleaning tank to vibrate together at the ultrasonic frequency. When the liquid and cleaning tank vibrate, they have their own inherent frequency, which is the frequency of sound waves, so people hear buzzing sounds. With the continuous development of the cleaning industry, more and more industries and enterprises are using ultrasonic cleaning machines. The core architecture of ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of three parts: ultrasonic generator, cleaning tank, and box body:

  1.箱体:超声波清洗机屏幕上配有电流表、电源总开关、输出电源插座、频率功率调节开关;其后边配有开关电源进线电源插座及保险丝管。

1. Box: The ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with an ammeter, main power switch, output power socket, and frequency power adjustment switch on the screen; It is equipped with a switch power inlet power socket and a fuse tube behind it.

  2.超声波发生器:由电源变压器及整流系统、震荡器、推动级、功率放大电路及输出变压器等构成。

2. Ultrasonic generator: composed of power transformer and rectification system, oscillator, propulsion stage, power amplification circuit, and output transformer.

  3.清洗槽:由不锈钢槽、复合型换能器和匹配电感组合而成。换能器枯敬于不锈钢槽底部,不锈钢槽与箱架之间垫有减振装置。

3. Cleaning tank: composed of stainless steel tank, composite transducer, and matching inductor combination. The transducer is mounted at the bottom of the stainless steel groove, and a vibration damping device is placed between the stainless steel groove and the box frame.
