1、把有油污的五金零件、铝块、金属、轴承、链条、模具等放进清洗篮中,然后放入清洗槽中

2、加水并倒入一定量的除油剂。

3、按上开关,超声波清洗机开始工作,等待清洗完成。

超声波清洗机的原理主要是通过“空化效应”,能产生微小气泡,微小气泡会不断闭合爆破,击落物件上的污迹掉落下来,达到洁净效果,并且“空化效应”能左右机器性能,而机器性能则决定清洗效果。

超声波油效果好不好与清洗温度和清洗剂都是有较大的关系。一般设置温度保持50~60℃为佳,好选择带有温度调节功能的超声波清洗机。另外一定要配合除油清洗剂清洗,效果才会更好。
